Amor Balordo: A Baroque Journey in Bardolino

On June 26th, Bardolino hosts a performance of refined elegance. The concert, titled Amor Balordo, invites the audience to explore the complex emotional landscape of the Italian 17th century, featuring arias and instrumental compositions by masters such as Monteverdi, Cesti, Ferrari, and Falconieri.

The evening features harpist Marina Bonetti and tenor Marco Angioloni. Both are internationally acclaimed specialists in early music, providing a sonic narrative that traverses every shade of the human soul: from vibrant joy to melancholy, and the irony and nostalgia characteristic of the early Baroque period.

Following the performance, guests are invited to share a moment of conviviality with a glass of wine provided by the Serego Alighieri winery. It is an opportunity to reflect on the profound connection between the local landscape and the arts, set within a backdrop of understated beauty. Admission is by voluntary donation.
