An encounter with Eneko and Iker Pou in Vallelaghi

On November 6th, the Teatro Valle dei Laghi in Vezzano will host a special meeting with brothers Eneko and Iker Pou. Organized in collaboration with La Sportiva and moderated by Luca Calvi, the event presents a unique opportunity to learn about two prominent figures in international mountaineering.

Originally from the Basque Country, Iker and Eneko Pou have built a thirty-year career that has seen them climb in 65 countries, with experiences ranging from the Alps and the Himalayas to Antarctica. Their journey is defined by a strong synergy: Eneko, a versatile mountaineer, partners with Iker, a rock climbing specialist, creating one of the most renowned ropes in the contemporary scene.

The evening will revisit the milestones of their extraordinary path, recently chronicled in the book “Due vite e una cordata”. From their ascents in the Dolomites to recent achievements like the “Truenu” route in the Picos de Europa, the event will be a journey through the challenges and passions of two brothers who have dedicated their lives to the mountains.

The event is scheduled for November 6th at 8:30 PM at the Teatro Valle dei Laghi, Via Antonio Stoppani 16. Tickets are available starting from € 8.00.
