Contemporary Music Day in Verona

On October 17, 2026, the Auditorium Nuovo Montemezzi in Verona will host the Contemporary Music Day, an event organized by the Conservatorio di Musica E.F. Dall’Abaco focused on musicology and performance.

The event is divided into two sessions. The morning session begins at 10:00 AM with presentations by Biggi Parodi, professor at the Conservatory of Parma, and Andrea Mannucci, professor of Composition at the Conservatory of Verona. At 12:00 PM, a recital will feature works by students of Composition and Electronic Music.

The afternoon session starts at 2:30 PM, featuring contributions from Federica Rasi, PhD student in Music Historiography and Philology, and Federico Zandonà, professor of Composition at the Conservatory of Verona. The event concludes at 5:00 PM with a piano recital by Andrea Dindo.
