Costellazioni: Theatre Art Transforms Piazza Bra

The Verona Summer Theatre Festival is enriched this year by the Costellazioni review, a multidisciplinary project that turns Verona into an open-air laboratory. From July 6 to July 16, 2026, Piazza Bra ceases to be a mere thoroughfare and becomes the focal point of an anthropological and urban inquiry.

The program invites the audience to an immersive experience, where theatre steps outside traditional boundaries to inhabit the public space. Highlights include Overtourism by Babilonia Teatri, a creative nursery questioning the delicate balance between mass tourism and sustainability. Simultaneously, Roberto Latini presents Carta Carbone, an interactive sound installation that allows each participant to engage with Shakespearean poetry in absolute intimacy.

Finally, the performances by Silvia Gribaudi and Chiara Frigo, combined with the nomadic utopia of the Little Fun Palace, complete a lineup that celebrates human connection, play, and critical thinking.
