The summer in Negrar di Valpolicella is enriched with a new high-profile cultural event. Villa Albertini, in Arbizzano, opens its doors to the first edition of Fuori rotta – Negrar in danza, a festival dedicated to contemporary choreography. Under the artistic direction of Laura Corradi and Alberta Finocchiaro, the event presents a program featuring eleven professional Italian dance companies and one guest ensemble from Germany.

The choice of Valpolicella as a venue is far from incidental. Supported by the Ministry of Culture, the Veneto Region, and the local municipal administration, the project aims to create a harmonious blend between the scenic beauty of the vineyards and the dynamism of contemporary art. On the evenings of July 11th and 18th, and August 1st and 8th, 2026, the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy sixteen works that explore the versatility of movement.

The festival serves as a universal language capable of bridging gaps, offering a fresh perspective on a territory famous for its wine traditions.
