Lake Garda Photo Challenge: the photography contest in Sirmione

The Premio Sirmione per la Fotografia presents the Lake Garda Photo Challenge, a photography contest dedicated to Sirmione and Lake Garda. Participation is open until October 31, 2026.

The competition features four main themes. In addition to “Sirmione” and “Lake Garda”, the 2026 edition includes “Margini” (Margins) and the new theme “Nel cuore della notte: quando la luce si ritira, il buio non cancella: rivela” (In the heart of the night: when the light retreats, the darkness does not erase: it reveals). The latter invites photographers to explore the ability to turn darkness into a powerful narrative tool.

The first prize is 1,500 euros. The registration fee is 10 euros. The official rules are available for all details regarding how to participate.
