TEDxTrento Salon – A me gli occhi

On November 12, 2026, the Sala Filarmonica in Trento will host the event “A me gli occhi”, a new TEDxTrento Salon dedicated to the complexity of vision. The meeting, scheduled from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, explores how our gaze is not merely a biological act, but a process that intertwines perception, technology, and interpretation.

Through four different perspectives, the event explores the boundary between reality and imagination. The speakers include Paolo Nucci, an expert in ophthalmology; Giulia Boato, a professor specializing in computer vision and artificial intelligence; Alessandro Farini, a physicist and researcher in visual perception; and photographer Andrea Pozzi, known for his work documenting the most remote places on the planet.

The initiative invites the audience to reflect on how we observe the world, analyzing the meeting point between what our eyes capture and what the brain transforms.
