Nestled within the verdant gardens of Via Mara, the heart of San Pietro in Cariano prepares to host the 45th edition of its cherished Patron Saint’s Festival. From June 20 to 28, 2026, this event embodies the authentic spirit of the community, offering an experience that beautifully blends culinary delights, diverse music, and shared moments.
Each evening, from 7:00 PM onwards, the food and wine stands invite visitors on a delightful culinary journey through local flavours. Traditional dishes such as risotto “al tastal”, the refined Amarone risotto, bigoli with duck, polenta and sausage, and pike with polenta will be available, providing a wonderful opportunity to appreciate the richness of the regional cuisine.

The entertainment programme is equally varied. The stage will feature traditional dance orchestras like the renowned “Renzo Biondi” and “Rita Gessi”, alongside engaging Latin-Caribbean dance evenings with “I Caiman” and performances by the “Latin Project ASD” dance school. There will also be evenings dedicated to dance-pop with the Veronese group “Red Flaminga”, disco nights with “Castillo del Perreo” and “Baricandero Baila”, and a vibrant “Dance Party” celebrating the ’80s, ’90s, and 2000s.
Beyond the festivities, the Sagra maintains a strong connection to solidarity, featuring a charity fishing game and a new initiative for exchanging and reusing used clothing, supporting the local Caritas.
