On September 13, 2026, the evocative setting of the Pieve di San Pietro in Vincoli in Massimbona, within the municipality of Goito, will host an event of rare spiritual and artistic intensity: Trasfigurazioni sonore. The evening offers a profound encounter with the genius of Ludwig van Beethoven, exploring the magnitude of the human spirit through the performance of the Quartetto Dedicato.

The musical programme, featuring W.A. Mozart’s Adagio and Fugue in C minor K. 546 and Divertimento No. 1 in D major K. 136, will culminate in the performance of the intense Quartet in F minor Op. 95 Serioso. Enhancing the experience, curator Giovanni Zangobbi will provide historical and artistic commentary, guiding the audience through the discovery of this sacred site, whose roots date back to the Middle Ages along the ancient Via Postumia.

The evening will also feature the presentation of the 2026 Postumia/Europa Prize to Fortunato Ortombina, Superintendent and Artistic Director of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.
