The Enoteca Provinciale del Trentino – Palazzo Roccabruna in Trento cordially invites you to an exclusive event: “A Tavola con la Cucina Trentina” (At the table with Trentino cuisine), a series dedicated to showcasing the region’s finest agricultural and food products. On February 18, 2026, immerse yourself in a guided tasting dinner celebrating grappa, not merely as an after-dinner digestif, but as a versatile ingredient and a key to unlocking gastronomic secrets.
Chefs Paolo Dolzan and Barbara Orrù from the Perbacco restaurant in Mezzolombardo will craft a bespoke menu, highlighting the nuances of Trentino grappa, both young and aged. Their cuisine, focused on seasonal ingredients and quality raw materials, will harmonise beautifully with the aromas and flavours of the region.
The evening will commence with a welcome glass of Trentodoc, followed by a gastronomic journey including braised fennel with beurre blanc infused with aged grappa, Riserva San Massimo risotto with leek fondue and orange reduction with reserve grappa. The grand finale will be a fregoloti cake, accompanied by a guided tasting of three Trentino grappas, with insights into their sensory and production characteristics.
