After-dinner with Dostoevsky in Sommacampagna

The Municipality of Sommacampagna invites you to an evening of literary exploration dedicated to one of the most significant authors in world literature. On October 7th, the Sala Affreschi of the Municipal Palace will host the event “After-dinner with Dostoevsky”, featuring Professor Stefano Aloe from the University of Verona.

The event, organized by the Department of Culture and Fair Events in collaboration with the local library and the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures of the University of Verona, offers a deep dive into the famous novel “Demons”. During the evening, Professor Aloe will lead the audience through an analysis of a work that examines the loss of values and the profound restlessness of the human soul, themes that remain strikingly relevant today.

The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 PM. Participation is open to the public, subject to mandatory reservation. To book your place, please email bibliosomma@comune.sommacampagna.vr.it or call 045 8971307.
