The Ancient Fair of San Michele Arcangelo in Bardolino is an event deeply rooted in popular tradition. The saying “Far San Michele,” linked to the expiration of lease contracts, evokes a time gone by, but the fair continues to live on in the present of Calmasino, a hamlet of Bardolino.

The festival, dedicated to the patron saint, offers a rich and varied program. It ranges from guided tours of the Calmasino bell tower (with mandatory reservation) to evenings dedicated to stargazing, with telescopes and an introduction to the planetarium. There will also be musical moments, the traditional gathering of agricultural vehicles with a tractor parade, and the bell-ringing team’s concert.
