Immerse yourself in an exciting tale that celebrates the women who have left an indelible mark on the world of sports. The event “And the Women Were There” is a unique opportunity to discover the behind-the-scenes stories of the 1956 Cortina Winter Olympics and to reflect on the role of women in sports through photography.
Luca Nicolodi and Katia Malatesta converse with the authors Antonella Stelitano and Adriana Balzarini, authors of the book “The Women of Cortina 1956”. The photographer Elena Munerati will enrich the conversation with her testimony as an athlete since 1946.
