San Michele and Faigolo Loop: A Panoramic Adventure above Malcesine
Embark on an unforgettable loop hike, starting and ending at the intermediate station of the Malcesine Monte Baldo Cable Car. This approximately 6.5 km route will lead you through paths immersed in nature, offering breathtaking views of Lake Garda.
Route Description:
- From the intermediate station, follow the signs for Prai.
- At the crossroads, descend towards Faigolo and continue to the large meadow.
- Retrace your steps to the crossroads and descend towards the church of San Michele.
- Visit the church and continue until you close the loop at the intermediate station.
Variant (Nordic Walking Park 8a):
- From Faigo, take the path downhill towards Fubia.
- Follow the cut to the left that will lead you on a mule track below the cable car station.
- Take the last stretch uphill and reach the asphalt road, then the church of San Michele.
A perfect hike for nature and trekking lovers, with the opportunity to enjoy unique and suggestive views.
