Autumnus: celebrating the fruits of the earth in Trento

From October 1st to 11th, 2026, Trento will transform into a stage to celebrate the enogastronomic excellence of Trentino. Get ready for an unforgettable experience among authentic flavors and enveloping aromas, in the streets, palaces and squares of the historic center. Autumnus is a national and international event that enhances Trentino through authentic experiences dedicated to the flavors and colors of autumn.

For eleven days, the city of Trento will come alive with markets, tastings, meetings, workshops and show cooking, with producers, chefs and industry experts. The event will be held in various locations in the city, from institutional spaces to historic buildings, from the Buonconsiglio Castle to the towers, to the main squares and streets of the historic center.
