On the third Friday of each month, the Buonconsiglio Castle in Trento transforms, offering a unique evening experience. “Casteldi’ Sera” brings the ancient halls and charming gardens to life from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, inviting guests to explore history in a different summer light. This event provides exclusive access for those wishing to experience the castle from a more intimate perspective. Visitors can explore normally hidden areas, such as the Hinderbach apartments, through a pre-booked guided tour. Another journey, “At the Prince’s Court”, reveals tales of past festivities and banquets, complete with musicians and ancient amusements. The Castelvecchio gardens will host live music by the Euritmus ensemble, providing a refined soundtrack while guests enjoy an aperitivo. The castle’s cafeteria remains open throughout the event, and the gardens are freely accessible. The evening is further enhanced by “Aspettando il corteo” (Awaiting the Procession) from Trento’s “Bonporti” Music and Dance High School, starting at 5:00 PM, culminating in the departure of the Feste Vigiliane Historical Procession at 8:20 PM, a truly evocative moment unfolding from the castle gardens.
