The event offers a unique experience, with typical local dishes creatively reworked by local chefs and restaurateurs. The protagonists are the local excellences: fish and olive oil from Lake Garda, herbs, cheeses and truffles from Monte Baldo, Garronese Veneta meat and wines from the Bardolino Consortium.
