The iconic style of Benito Jacovitti arrives in the Riva del Garda area with an exhibition that elevates comics to a powerful medium for reflection. From July 10th to 25th, Spazio Nemos in Bolognano di Arco hosts an exhibition dedicated to one of the masters of Italian comics, whose surreal and unmistakable imagery has influenced generations.
Organized by Il Paradosso APS in collaboration with Emergency Trento, the event showcases approximately 40 original plates. At the heart of the narrative is Cocco Bill, the famous cowboy who, through his creator’s satirical lens, becomes a messenger for peace and coexistence. The opening event, scheduled for Friday, July 10th at 7:00 PM, will feature curator Alessandro Santi and a special online appearance by Silvia Jacovitti, the artist’s daughter, who will share intimate memories of her father’s work.
