Starting from Buonconsiglio Castle, a historical-artistic jewel, you will explore the picturesque alleys that lead to the city center. Leaving the urban area behind, you will cross the Adige river on the San Lorenzo Bridge, reaching Doss Trento. This location is appreciated for its dense vegetation, which offers a cool refuge during hot summer days, and for its tranquil atmosphere in every season.

We highly recommend a visit to Buonconsiglio Castle, before or after the excursion, to admire the frescoes, halls and exhibitions that preserve the memory of the Council of Trent. On the top of Doss Trento, you can visit the mausoleum dedicated to Cesare Battisti, a key figure of Italian irredentism.
