A Panoramic Journey Through History and Nature in Tenno
Immerse yourself in an easy circular hike that connects two unmissable panoramic points in the Tenno area: Colle Grom, located in the picturesque village of Frapporta, and the naturalistic-educational path of Colle Bussè. Admire Tenno Castle, which dominates the Alto Garda, and discover the village of Frapporta, with its intact medieval structure.
Visit the Romanesque church of San Lorenzo, custodian of the oldest frescoes in Trentino, and be enchanted by the terraces cultivated with vines and olive trees, shaped over the centuries by the inhabitants of Tenno. Enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the “busa”, the plain close to the lake.
This route, recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, will lead you to discover the harmonious balance between nature and human intervention that characterizes the Tenno area.

Author’s advice: Don’t forget your camera! The viewpoint at Grom and the walk on the Bussè offer unforgettable views. The church of San Lorenzo is open to the public on weekends in July and August.
