DiVin Negrar: A Food and Wine Experience in Valpolicella

Immerse yourself in the heart of Valpolicella for DiVin Negrar, a tasting adventure that celebrates the iconic wines of this land: Valpolicella Classico, Superiore, Ripasso, Recioto, and Amarone. The event will be held in Negrar di Valpolicella.

The route winds through six stages, each located in a picturesque vineyard, where expert sommeliers will guide you to discover the organoleptic notes and history of each wine. The authentic flavors of the area will not be missing, with the opportunity to savor typical products along the way.

The program includes check-in at Via Francia 5 in Negrar di Valpolicella between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM, where you will find reserved parking. You will receive a tasting kit with a glass, card, and itinerary map.

The six stages will take you through:

• Santa Maria: overlooking the Adige and Verona.
• Moron: one of the best vineyards in the valley.
• IGT Stage: a novelty to discover the imagination of the winemakers.
• Torbe: a high-altitude experience.
• Villa: the place chosen by the ancient Romans.
• San Peretto: a valley that greets the sun.

At each stage, you can taste the wines of local wineries, accompanied by sommeliers who will reveal the secrets of Valpolicella Classico, Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone, and Recioto. The ticket also includes a hot dish: Valponcelli, Amarone ravioli with wild boar stew, butter from Lessinia and Monte Veronese Dop cheese.
