DivinNosiola at Palazzo Roccabruna: celebrating the Trentino’s indigenous grape

From April 8th to 11th, 2026, Trento will host DivinNosiola at Palazzo Roccabruna, the Trentino Provincial Wine Shop. Four days dedicated to discovering Nosiola, the only native white grape variety in Trentino, and Vino Santo Trentino, a Slow Food presidium.

The program includes “à la carte” tastings dedicated to the different interpretations of Nosiola. A workshop will explore the terroirs of Nosiola, intertwining historical origin, oenological interpretations and the comparison between production areas.

On Friday evening, a tasting dinner will enhance the versatility of Nosiola at the table, combining it with products and preparations of the Trentino gastronomic tradition. A unique opportunity to deepen the knowledge of this vine and its excellences.
