“Emerald Heart” at the Teatro Laboratorio in Verona: A show for children

The Teatro Laboratorio in Verona is preparing to host “Emerald Heart”, a show dedicated to children aged 4 to 10. The appointment is set for March 15th, an opportunity to immerse yourself in a story that celebrates respect in all its forms. The show is an ode to kindness, a journey to discover the intrinsic value of respect for the environment, nature, the elderly, animals, and others.

The green of the emerald, a symbol of rebirth and positivity, becomes a metaphor for love and care for every form of life. Emerald Cat will guide the children to rediscover the “Emerald Heart” that resides in each of us, in a world where the Earth is a living organism to be protected and relationships are based on listening and collaboration. Through the language of theater, children will be invited to reflect on the importance of protecting what we love.

Text and direction are by Isabella Caserta, with live music by Valerio Mauro and costumes and puppets by Mariana Berdeaga. The event is part of the “Sciroppo di teatro” series.
