The Food & Science Festival is preparing to celebrate its tenth edition in Mantua from May 15th to 17th, 2026. This year’s theme, ‘Trajectories,’ explores the forces shaping the future of agri-food: climate change, technological innovations, economic dynamics, and social transformations.
For three days, Mantua will transform into a widespread laboratory, animating squares, cloisters, historic buildings, and theaters.
