Guided tour of the Pieve di San Pietro

The C.T.G. El Vissinel A.P.S. association, in collaboration with the municipal administration of Bardolino, invites you to rediscover a precious treasure of local art and architecture: the Pieve di San Pietro. This building, located at the foot of the Rocca, is a jewel of immense historical value, with origins dating back to before the 12th century.

After being closed to the public since 2012 due to significant archaeological excavations that revealed the remains of a Roman necropolis, the church is once again welcoming visitors. Thanks to the efforts of dedicated volunteers, it will be possible to admire this historical site once more through guided tours, which will take place on October 3rd, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

For those wishing to attend the event, please note that parking is available near the Pieve di San Pietro, making access easy for anyone interested in exploring the cultural heritage of Bardolino.
