A Tribute to Händel in the Heart of Verona
On Saturday, January 31st, the Fucina Machiavelli Theatre transforms into a stage dedicated to George Frideric Handel with the start of “Händel with care”, a cycle of three concerts.
Fucina Machiavelli, always attentive to musical dissemination, offers a unique experience led by Stefano Soardo, who explores Handel’s life and works, alternating biographical insights with live performances.
Following the successes dedicated to Bach, Mozart and Vivaldi, this year the focus is on the composer Handel (1685–1759), a cosmopolitan who conquered the world with his music.

The Messiah: A Sacred Masterpiece
The concert will feature the famous Messiah, composed in just three weeks in 1741. This oratorio, with texts from the Bible, tells the life, passion and resurrection of Christ through music of extraordinary emotional power.
The performance will be entrusted to talented artists: Alice Fraccari (soprano), Miriam Callegaro (mezzo-soprano) and Tommaso Rossato (tenor), together with the Bequadro Vocal Group directed by Giuseppe Manzini and the Fucina Harmonica ensemble.
