Happy Birthday Arco Carnival: 150 Years of History and Fun

The Arco Carnival is preparing to celebrate a historical milestone: 150 years of joy and traditions. A unique event in the region, attracting around 20,000 visitors every year from Garda Trentino and the neighboring areas of Lake Garda.

The celebrations will unfold over five days filled with events. The festivities will begin with evenings dedicated to the younger crowd, featuring magic shows, music, and entertainment in various venues in the town of Arco. Viale delle Palme will come alive with music and cabaret, while the Salone delle Feste of the Arco Casino will host the show “ArcoRida”, a mix of cabaret and music.

The highlight of the celebrations will be on Sunday, February 15th, with the “Happy Birthday Carnival”. In addition to the shows, a giant 150-meter cake will be offered for free on the Casino’s veranda to celebrate the anniversary. Food stands with typical local products, curated by the Gruppo Oratorio Arco, the Alpini, and the Pro Loco Drena, will delight the palates of visitors.

Starting from January 15th, the streets of Arco will transform into an open-air gallery, with giant photographs retracing the history of the Carnival, showcasing unforgettable moments from past editions.
