On the Lungolago Cornicello, local wineries will offer the opportunity to taste Bardolino, served cold, in a version that enhances its freshness and fruity notes. Bardolino Rosso, produced on the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda, in Veneto, is a red wine that embodies the winemaking tradition of this territory. It derives from a blend of native grapes, mainly Corvina, Rondinella and, in smaller percentages, other varieties such as Molinara.
