IQ FOIL Y&J International Games in Torbole: the new generation of Olympic windsurfing

The waters of Garda Trentino, and in particular Torbole sul Garda, are preparing to host the second stage of the iQFOiL Y&J International Games. This event will see young U17 and U19 talents compete with Olympic boards.

Right here in Torbole, iQFOiL marked a turning point, being chosen as the Olympic class during the World Sailing Olympic Trial in 2019, replacing the RS:X class. The 2025 edition saw the participation of over 200 athletes, a number that testifies to the growing popularity of this discipline and the importance of this event for the future of windsurfing.

Attending these competitions is a unique opportunity to admire the skills of young champions and experience the thrill of a constantly evolving sport, against the backdrop of the magnificent Lake Garda.
