Italian Outdoor Apnea Championship in Riva del Garda

The Italian Outdoor Apnea Open Championship returns to Riva del Garda from July 17th to 19th, 2026, confirming itself for the seventh consecutive year in one of the most iconic locations for this discipline. The competition, also open to international athletes, attracts some of the best freedivers in the world, ready to test themselves in the deep and crystal-clear waters of Lake Garda. The races take place in the main disciplines of outdoor apnea, including constant weight with monofin and bifins, constant weight without equipment, and free immersion. Over the years, Riva del Garda has established itself as a reference point for this discipline, hosting high-level performances and numerous records established in inland waters. An opportunity to experience a fascinating sport up close and discover Lake Garda from a unique perspective.
