The “Ganzega dei Ciusi e dei Gobj” returns to Trento, transforming Piazza Duomo into a suggestive medieval setting on June 13, 2026. Now in its sixth edition, this event offers a unique opportunity to dine in the heart of the city and kick off the traditional Feste Vigiliane.
More than just a dinner, the Ganzega is a moment of sharing between the historical factions of the city, Ciusi and Gobj, with 180 volunteers ready to serve a menu that celebrates the flavors of the Trentino region. From appetizers with lucanica, speck, spressa delle Giudicarie, and Trentingrana, to strangolapreti, goulash with polenta and cabbage, and fregolotti cake, each dish tells a story of tradition and taste. All accompanied by Forst beer in a complimentary mug and bread from ASPAN.
