La Strada Festival 2026: Urban Arts in Brescia

From September 1st to 13th, 2026, the city of Brescia transforms into an open-air stage for the return of La Strada Festival. This event, dedicated to performance arts, brings the finest contemporary circus, urban theatre, dance, and music to the squares and streets of the historic centre.

Experiencing this festival means rediscovering the most evocative corners of Brescia through the creative lens of the performers. The event encourages the public to engage with urban spaces in a slow and mindful way, where circus technique blends seamlessly with theatrical storytelling. It is a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in a dimension where the city itself becomes an active protagonist, offering visitors a cultural experience that transcends the boundaries of a traditional stage.

The carefully curated, multidisciplinary programme ensures moments of wonder for every type of spectator. We invite you to wander through the centre, letting yourself be guided by the rhythm of the music and the marvel of the performances that bring the heart of the city to life.
