ME TIME: A reflection on creative solitude at Palazzo Maffei

Every Sunday, from September 6th to December 27th, the Teatrino in Verona hosts an immersive experience of rare intensity. “ME TIME – a room of one’s own” is a music and dance performance inspired by Virginia Woolf’s seminal essay, designed as an exploration of the regenerative power of solitude in the creative process.

Produced by the Teatro Stabile di Verona, the performance transforms the second floor of Palazzo Maffei into an emotional landscape. Using Silent Play technology, each spectator enjoys an exclusive sensory experience, where the compositions by Federica Furlani blend seamlessly with the choreography of Camilla Monga. The performance layout allows for ever-changing nuances, depending on the viewer’s position within the palace rooms.

The ticket includes access to the Museum, offering a perfect marriage of performance art and cultural heritage. Due to limited capacity, early booking through the Teatro Nuovo box office is highly recommended.
