Mega Potato Polenta in Mezzolago: an immersion in the flavors of the Ledro Valley

On August 1st, Mezzolago, in the heart of Garda Trentino, prepares to welcome the 32nd edition of the Festa della Polenta Cocia, an event that celebrates one of the most traditional and beloved dishes of the Ledro Valley. This festival is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of this beautiful valley, enjoying the potato polenta “cocia”, prepared according to the traditional recipe and served with local cheese, “capuss” (cabbage) and a glass of wine.

The distribution of the polenta will begin at 7:00 PM, offering participants an unforgettable gastronomic experience. At 9:00 PM, the evening will come alive with live music, inviting everyone to dance the liscio and enjoy the festive atmosphere. This event represents an authentic village festival, where taste, tradition and conviviality come together in an unforgettable experience.
