The ancient village of Molina prepares to host the seventeenth edition of the New Honey and Local Products Fair, an event that renews the deep connection between the land and its bees. On Sunday, September 6th, starting at 9:00 am, the village streets will become a showcase for local beekeeping excellence and artisan products.

The day is distinguished by a strong cultural focus. The symposium in the square, scheduled for 10:30 am, will feature industry experts discussing the climate challenges affecting modern beekeeping and apiary management, offering a technical and insightful perspective. The highlight of the afternoon will be the experiential event ‘From flower to glass: the surprising world of mead’. Under the guidance of Daniela Begnini, Honey Sommelier, participants will explore this ancient beverage, following a sensory journey that highlights the wisdom of the local terroir.
