Nadal a Dro: a festive program of events

The Christmas season in Dro is brightened by the Nadal a Dro festival, a series of events dedicated to families, children, and the local community, taking place from December 12th to December 24th. Organized by the Pro Loco Sant’Antonio Dro APS with the support of the Municipality, the event offers a diverse calendar spanning culture, music, art, and solidarity.

Among the highlights, children can look forward to the arrival of Santa Lucia, with sweets and surprises in the parks and squares of Ceniga and Dro. The festival continues with Lo stupore… della notte, an event inaugurating the nativity scene trail at the Church of Sant’Antonio, featuring poetry, art installations, and the accordion melodies of Simone Malfer. The Dro Cultural Center will host the evening Bon Nadal e allegria!, featuring comedian Loredana Cont and the awards ceremony for the Drofiorita competition. This event combines celebration with charity, as proceeds will support pediatric oncology research.

The program also includes Aspettando magicamente il Natale, a family show with Mago Polpetta followed by creative workshops and a snack, as well as a musical gathering at the Residenza Molino to share the Christmas spirit with the residents. Nadal a Dro serves as a valuable opportunity for community engagement and inclusion, involving local associations and supporting charitable initiatives.
