Organ Sounds in Lent in Trento

In the heart of Trento, a unique musical experience awaits enthusiasts. In the evocative setting of the Church of San Francesco Saverio, the Renato Lunelli association presents a series of organ concerts during Lent. Every Thursday, from March 12th to March 26th, 2026, at 5:00 PM, master organists will play the historic instrument of the Mayer brothers, a carefully restored gem.

Each meeting will be a journey through the biblical pages of the Lenten Gospels, reworked in music by various authors. An opportunity to experience listening in an intense way, allowing the sound to penetrate deeply into the story. Tarcisio Battisti, Matteo Enrico Balatti, Giacomo Rossi, Paolo Delama, and Stefano Rattini will take turns at the console, offering a rich and varied program.
