“Shakespeare in Veneto”: theatrical walks in the Bard’s locations

Immerse yourself in Shakespeare’s world with “Shakespeare in Veneto”, a traveling theater project celebrating ten years of performances in the places that inspired the famous playwright. From 2026, a rich calendar of events will transform Verona, Venice, and other Veneto cities into open-air stages.

Discover the routes of the “Walking with Shakespeare” theatrical walks: “Walking with Romeo & Juliet” in Verona, and “Walking with Shylock” and “Othello&Jago” in Venice. An original way to explore the city following in the footsteps of Shakespearean characters. Walk alongside the actors as scenes come to life amid historic architecture and urban vistas. The narrative merges with the landscape, offering a fresh perspective on the places and stories that shaped Shakespeare’s imagination.

The experiences are in Italian and English, suitable for residents, private individuals, groups, and schools. Duration: 1.5 hours.
