Soave Guitar Festival 2026: The final edition of a musical dream

In Malcesine, at the heart of Palazzo dei Capitani, from April 24th to 26th, 2026, the twenty-fifth and final edition of the “Soave Guitar Festival” will take place, a national exhibition dedicated to the electric and acoustic collectible guitar. A historic event for music lovers, which will see the city of Soave transform, for the last time, into the “City of Guitar”.

This year, the Soave Guitar Festival also celebrates the eightieth anniversary of the 1946 referendum, dedicating the poster and a special commemorative guitar to the Italian Republic. This unique instrument, created by Renzo Pagliani, features the symbol of the Republic on the front and the original autograph text of “Il Canto degli Italiani” by Mameli on the back. The guitar will be raffled off among the participants of the evening concerts.

The festival program includes seminars and concerts with nationally and internationally renowned artists. Among the names on the program: Alberto Lombardi, Franco Morone, Frank Vignola 4tet, Luca Olivieri, Palma Cosa, Corde Sciolte, Pau Figueres Trio, The Webb Sisters, John Jorgenson J2B2 and Massimo Varini Trio. There will also be a welcome dinner for participants.
