Street Workout in Bardolino: wellness in motion

An energetic wave of wellness is about to hit Bardolino. On May 23, 2026, get ready to experience something unique with the Street Workout, a dynamic event organized by Stefania Vasciarelli, Master Trainer SWO, with the participation of Top Trainer Maximilian Arcidiaco and sponsored by the Municipality of Bardolino.

Imagine walking through the streets of Bardolino on a 4 km walk, interspersed with fitness stations ranging from functional to dance, from holistic to much more. Two hours of pure wellness together, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, accompanied by music in your headphones for total immersion in physical activity.

This event is designed for everyone, regardless of age or athletic ability. It is an opportunity to join a movement that promotes physical and mental well-being in a stimulating and fun environment. Don’t stand by and watch, become part of the change.

The participation fee is €20 and includes a free shirt. An unmissable opportunity to experience Bardolino in an active and engaging way.
