Verona hosts the 2027 Symphonic Season at the Teatro Filarmonico. From January 29 to May 22, 2027, the Fondazione Arena di Verona presents a compelling schedule focused on 19th and 20th-century masterpieces.
The season begins on January 29 with a special performance of Brahms’ Ein deutsches Requiem. The programme continues with eight double-date concerts featuring the Foundation’s Orchestra and Chorus. Highlights include Mahler’s Das Lied von der Erde, Respighi’s Fountains of Rome, Tchaikovsky’s Rococo Variations, Schumann’s Concerto, Wagner’s Parsifal suite, Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring, Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2, and Beethoven’s Violin Concerto.
