The “Don Quixote” ballet enchants the Teatro Nuovo in Verona

On April 17, 2026, the Teatro Nuovo in Verona will transform into a dreamlike stage with the ballet “Don Quixote”. This production arises from the collaboration between the Nuovo Balletto Classico of Reggio Emilia and the Ukrainian Classical Ballet, uniting talents to celebrate classical dance.

In two acts and three scenes, with choreography revisited by maestro Marinel Stefanescu and music by Minkus, the show immerses the audience in Spanish atmospheres. We will follow the adventures of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, and the love story between Kitri and Basil, opposed but ultimately triumphant thanks to the intervention of the knight-errant.
