The Torbole Broccoli Festival: a tribute to the son of the wind

On January 17, 2027, Riva del Garda hosts the Broccoli Festival, an event dedicated to this symbolic vegetable, enhanced by the skilled hands of local producers.

In the Broccoli Village, set up in Piazza Lietzmann, you can discover the secrets of this Slow Food Presidium, tasting fresh broccoli, local extra virgin olive oil, thanks to the collaboration with EvoTrentino, and other local specialties offered by Slow Food. A special menu, entirely dedicated to Torbole broccoli, will delight the most curious palates, in an experience that combines taste, culture and sustainability. The festival is an opportunity to support local communities and strengthen the link with the territory, promoting responsible choices and seasonal products. The event is by reservation, guaranteeing an intimate and curated experience.
