Traviata Virtual Reality: an immersive experience in Sirmione

The artistic landscape of Sirmione prepares to host an event of rare innovation. On November 13, 2026, the Municipal Library will become the stage for Traviata Virtual Reality, a project that redefines the boundaries between opera and technology.

Under the expert guidance of Fabio Larovere, the audience is invited to rediscover Giuseppe Verdi’s masterpiece through the five senses. This is the world’s first experiment where an opera is specifically designed for the Metaverse. This entirely new way of engaging with art allows attendees to immerse themselves in the most iconic scenes of La Traviata, turning the viewer into an active participant in the narrative. Technology here does not replace the emotion of the theatre, but rather elevates it, offering a unique sensory perspective on one of the most intense dramas in the Verdi repertoire.

We invite enthusiasts of music and innovation to join us for this encounter, which represents a fascinating frontier for the future of culture on Lake Garda.
