Trentodoc Festival: A Celebration of Mountain Sparkling Wine in Trento

The “Trentodoc Festival” is an unmissable event dedicated to Trentodoc, the prestigious sparkling wine produced using the classic Trentino method. From September 25th to 27th, 2026, Trento and its surrounding area will transform into the beating heart of “mountain bubbles,” hosting the fifth edition of this unique festival.

The event will unfold between the area’s wineries and the charming locations in the historic center of Trento, offering exclusive and stimulating encounters. Experts, sommeliers, and enthusiasts will gather to explore Trentodoc in all its facets, from art to ecology, from literature to design. The sparkling wine houses will open their doors, offering unique experiences to participants, right where Trentodoc has its roots.

The history of Trentodoc began at the start of the last century, when Giulio Ferrari had the intuition to create sparkling wine from Trentino grapes. In 1993, Trentino bubbles obtained official recognition as the first Italian D.O.C. obtained with the classic method. The “Trentodoc” brand, created in 2007, protects and promotes this excellence.
