Trentodoc: Tasting Workshops at Palazzo Roccabruna

Immerse yourself in the world of Trentodoc with a series of tasting workshops at the Enoteca Provinciale del Trentino – Palazzo Roccabruna in Trento. Every Thursday, from March 12th to 26th, 2026, sommelier Luca Girelli will lead three sessions to explore the nuances of the Trentino classic method.

On Thursday, March 12th, discover the elegance of Pas Dosé, a sparkling wine with no added sugar that enhances freshness and flavor. On Thursday, March 19th, compare Blanc de Noir and Blanc de Blanc to understand how grape varieties influence aroma and taste. Finally, on Thursday, March 26th, delve into the Trentodoc Reserves, sparkling wines aged on the lees for a unique aromatic complexity.

Each workshop offers 24 places, costing 20 euros for the first two sessions and 30 euros for the Reserves. An unmissable opportunity for enthusiasts and connoisseurs to discover the terroir and oenological excellence of Trentino, in an atmosphere of conscious tasting and cultural enrichment.
