Imagine a path where time slows, and every step brings you closer to the deepest soul of the land. The Enotour between the village of Ala and the Piccole Dolomiti, offered by Borgo dei Posseri, is an invitation to experience a multisensory journey celebrating the union of earth and glass.
This initiative, available from March to October, guides you on a gentle walk through the estate’s vineyards. Upon arrival, you receive a glass and a map, your personal compass for exploring the “Tasting Islands” scattered along the route. Each island is strategically placed next to the very vineyard that gave birth to that particular wine, creating an intimate dialogue between the product and its origin.
The experience goes beyond simple tasting. Accompanying the five still wines offered – a Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Nero, and Merlot – you will find a welcome basket with selected local products. Cheeses, artisan cured meats, and fresh bread join an initial Trentodoc Brut, enriching the palate and telling the story of the region’s rich food and wine heritage.

This enotour offers the freedom to follow a suggested itinerary, designed to appreciate the evolution of flavors, or to explore at your own pace, guided by curiosity. It is an opportunity to connect with nature, understand the work behind each sip, and create a lasting memory of a unique landscape, not far from Rovereto. Even the youngest guests, under ten years old, can participate, with a snack basket specially prepared for them.
For a complete immersion, booking is recommended and possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience, which lasts approximately two and a half hours.
