Barefoot Wellness: Inauguration of the Vallarsa Kneipp Valley in Rovereto

Immerse yourself in the pristine nature of Vallarsa on August 13th, with the inauguration of the Vallarsa Kneipp Valley. A rejuvenating experience that combines mindful walking, cold water therapy, and direct contact with nature, guided by Andrea Bianchi, Kneipp and barefoot expert.

Explore the new Kneipp and barefoot spots along the Leno stream, among crystal-clear waters and shaded paths. The alternation of hot and cold, contact with running water, and barefoot walking will awaken body and mind.

The event is free with mandatory registration and includes refreshments at the Hotel Aurora mid-day, to share the experience and enjoy the tranquility of the valley.
