Bubbles & Fish: A Flavourful Encounter in Rovereto

In the heart of Rovereto, Progetto Manifattura hosted “Bubbles & Fish”, a food and wine event dedicated to the harmonious pairing of seafood and Italian sparkling wine. From June 17th to 19th, 2023, the initiative promoted healthy eating and drinking, bringing together fish and wine companies, students, Ho.Re.Ca operators, and enthusiasts.

The programme offered masterclasses with oenologists, show cooking with Michelin-starred chefs such as Paolo Casagrande, Cristina Bowerman, and Donato Ascani, guided blind tastings, and the “Fish Land” area for children. Ferrari parades by the Ferrari Club Trentino A.A. and themed conventions were also featured.

Organised by Magnolia Events in collaboration with Trentino Sviluppo, the national network of hotel management schools for seafood, Assoittica Italia, and the Rovereto Vallagarina e Monte Baldo Tourist Board, “Bubbles & Fish” celebrated food and wine excellence in a convivial atmosphere full of discovery.
