Chernobyl Night: History & Energy in Gonzaga

A Journey into Chernobyl’s History

Immerse yourself in an evening of reflection and discovery in Gonzaga, at the Ex Convento di S. Maria. The event ‘Chernobyl Night’ offers a profound historical/geographical contextualization of the site, exploring the value of nuclear energy and its civil and military uses.

From the chronicle of the 1986 disaster to the analysis of its social, environmental and health consequences, Ivan Ongari, engineer and energy consultant, will guide a journey through the complexity of nuclear energy. The event is part of the ‘terre_basse’ review, promoted by the Municipality of Gonzaga and the Philatelic Numismatic and Hobby Club.
